Remember that this is a keeper league and that when trading with someone or trying to trade with someone try not to burn your bridge or cause an argument with the other GMs. Some people value players differently, if you get a trade request that you think is crazy and off the wall, no need to further discuss trading at that time. Simply decline and wait for another time.
ALSO, don't send out any trade offers if you aren't ready to pull the trigger on players mentioned in YOUR proposal. If you make a trade offer, be prepared that the GM is going to accept it.
